Their efficiency advantage over centrifugal ac fans in these applications is primarily due to their direct, streamlined flow path and simpler design[8]. Energy efficiency is maximized by adhering to several design and operational best practices. Optimized blade aerofoils, achieved through Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling, minimize drag and turbulence, ensuring that the maximum amount of motor power is converted into useful air movement[5].
