The Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) is the most common buttock augmentation procedure at Centre for Surgery. Liposuction removes fat from the abdomen, flanks, or thighs; the fat is processed and injected into the buttocks using real-time ultrasound guidance and the EVL technique, with fat placed exclusively above the gluteal muscle. Buttock implant surgery places silicone prostheses within the gluteal muscle to add volume where fat transfer is not possible or insufficient. A buttock lift (gluteal lift) removes excess, sagging skin from the buttock region following significant weight loss or ageing. It does not add volume — it lifts and firms by excising redundant tissue. For patients who want both a lift and volume restoration, fat transfer can be combined at the same session. The non-surgical butt lift uses HYAcorp hyaluronic acid dermal filler to add modest volume and correct hip dips without surgery or downtime.
